In May the pool is open, from the Hotel to city centre is 20 minutes walk trough a beautiful and romantic road downhill direct to Ponte Vecchio Bridge. 5/10 minutes by car.
Easiest way is by taxi. The taxi you can find just outside the main gate of the Florence airport exit.
Otherwise take the Tramvia T2 from the airport to the railway station SMN and then get the bus number 12. Get off at the stop "Galileo1".
